For many of those households, it has become a serious financial problem: more than 50 lenders now restrict or decline lending on properties with spray foam, and all equity-release lenders currently refuse to lend on affected homes. Our mission is straightforward: to be the most trustworthy starting point for anyone dealing with spray foam and a mortgage problem. We do not apply sales pressure, we do not promise outcomes we cannot deliver, and we do not take upfront payment before an inspection has taken place.
How We Work: Managed Removal via a Vetted Partner Network
We are a managed service, not a removal contractor. When you contact us, we gather the details of your situation — property type, loft area, foam type (if known) and the reason for your enquiry — and then match you with one or more vetted specialist removal companies from our partner network who operate in your area.
Every partner in our network has been assessed for adequate public liability and professional indemnity insurance, relevant trade body registrations (including PCA membership where applicable), and a track record of completed removals. Inspection first, always. No reputable removal company can quote accurately — or confirm whether removal is even necessary — without a site inspection. We insist on this. You will not be asked to commit to work before a surveyor has assessed your loft.
Independent RICS-verified removal certificate. Once removal is complete, the certificate confirming the work is issued by an independent RICS-qualified surveyor — not by the removal contractor itself. This matters to mortgage lenders. A certificate issued by the company that did the removal carries far less weight than one issued by an independent professional with no commercial interest in the outcome. We arrange this independent certification as part of the managed service. Certificates start from approximately £349; an independent RICS survey costs from approximately £750.
